How do I return or exchange an item? You must contact us for a return goods authorization for any returns or exchanges. Returns that are sent without a return goods authorization will cause delays in issuing a refund or processing the exchange. Please call 910-323-1336 or email ausi@americanuniform.com and indicate that you want to return an item ordered online. Items that are ordered with customization (hemming for pants, shirts with patches or logos on them, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the garment. Garments that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
