Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by howarduniform.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  For returns not due to an error on our part, a refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping/handling costs, will be made within 14 days after receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

All return packages are to be fully insured. 

You must contact us of any return in order to receive a return goods authorization.  Returns that are sent without a return goods authorization will cause delays in issuing a refund.

For items damaged in shipping, we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

For items with manufacturer defects or quality issues:

- An exact replacement for the defective item will be sent to the customer at no charge.
- A call tag or other return shipping label will be provided at no charge to the customer in order to return the defective item.
- If the defective item is not received back within 10 days of issuing the call tag/return shipping label, then the customer will be billed for the replacement items plus the cost of shipping and handling if applicable.
- If the customer opts not to accept the exact replacement, the customer is eligible to receive a full refund.
